Shipping within Benelux

 

For orders over €100, free DPD Delivery (Belgium and the Netherlands)

 

  • A DPD Pickup collection point in your area: €3.45 (your parcel will remain in the collection point for a maximum of 7 days - if the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping costs will be charged)
  • DPD delivery at home or the office: €4.45 - We will send your parcel to the specified delivery address. The deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.
  • Pick up in our showroom in Malle: from Monday to Friday, we are permanently open from 9 am-5.30 pm

Shipping - International

  1. Delivery within Benelux

As soon as your parcel leaves us, it will be delivered on the following working day (deliveries to a DPD Pickup point also take place on Saturdays).

DPD always informs you in advance about which day your parcel will be delivered. Are you not available on that day? No problem, you can still make changes up to 30 minutes before delivery! You can have the time and address of delivery changed and your parcel

  • taken to a pickup parcel shop nearby,
  • delivered on another day,
  • delivered to a different address or
  • stored in a safe location.

On the day itself, you will be informed by email or text message about the 1-hour period in which your parcel will arrive. Be sure to also check your unwanted emails; better still, download the MyDPD app, register with your online shopping e-mail address, and you will automatically receive your parcel notifications.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

No problem. Your parcel will be delivered to your neighbour. Are they not at home either? In that case your parcel will be taken to a pickup parcel shop near you. This way you will have your parcel in your possession as quickly as possible and you can decide when you will pick it up.

Has my parcel been damaged?

Send us a photo of the label on the box, the inside of the box, and the damaged content. We need this to file a claim. We will then provide a solution as quickly as possible.

 

  1. Pay

You can pay easily, quickly, and safely via:

  • Bancontact
  • With credit card via PayPal (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Sofort Banking
  • iDEAL (only for the Netherlands)
  • By bank transfer (your order will only be sent if the money is in our account). The money must be transferred within 2 days. If you email us proof of payment, we can also process and send your order immediately.

No costs are charged for any of the payment methods. Information about item exchanges can be found in our terms and conditions.

  1. Returning parcels within Benelux

If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return the product via a DPD Pickup Parcelshop in your area (in unused condition and in its original packaging). We try to keep our ecological footprint low so please do not return parcels unnecessarily.

The cost price is €4.00 per label. The seller will repay the purchase amount paid by the buyer via the same payment method that the customer has used, unless the customer agrees to a different payment method, such as a gift card.

How to proceed:

  • Register your return via email to hello@cleverclixx.com, by post, by telephone, or via the chat form, stating your name, order number, and the reason for returning the item.
  • You will then receive the return label (by email).
  • Please always return the products, as far as is possible, in the original packaging and with labels, stating your name and order number (Example BE12345)
  • The seller will repay the purchase amount paid by the buyer via the same payment method that the customer has used, unless the customer agrees to a different payment method, such as a gift card.
  • Print the label, attach it to the box, and take your parcel to a DPD Pickup Parcelshop of your choice.

Discounted items (sales and stock clearance reductions) that were purchased online and returned within the specified period will not be refunded. You will receive a gift card for this.

The customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all the accessories provided, and the instructions for use. If the returned product is reduced in value in one way or another, Cleverclixx reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for each value reduction of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the customer in a manner other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.

All returned items are carefully inspected. The assumption here is that the consumer can only inspect the article in the same way as they could in a store. Returned articles may have been tried on, but not made use of. If an article has been reduced in value by the use made of it by the customer, this will be charged to the customer.


Returning parcels internationally

How to proceed:

  • Register your return via email to hello@cleverclixx.com, by post, by telephone, via the chat form stating your name, order number, and reason for return.

  1. Delivery time

We try to send all orders within 1 to 3 days. This delivery time can be extended somewhat in busy periods. Our colleagues at the warehouse always process incoming orders as quickly as possible.
